BIGFORK — Senior Ellie Berreth of Bigfork is going to the Class B-C state tennis tournament along with a lot of her teammates after Friday’s play at the Western B-C Divisional.
Berrett topped Emily Bonner in an all-Bigfork girls singles final while Bigfork’s Lara Guenzler finished third.
The top four girls in singles advance to state, which begins next Thursday in Great Falls.
Bigfork’s Ahna Fox and Meredith Bedford won girls doubles (top three advance).
The Bigfork boys went 1-3 in doubles with Colton Reichenbach and Clayton Reichenbach and Wyatt Reichenbach and Nate Frizzell. The top four qualify for state.
In singles, Bigfork’s Alex Buenz won while Grant Gibson and Ben Johnson were fifth and sixth, respectively (top six advance).
