Someone called the Kalispell Police Department to report a tattooed man and a woman wearing cut-off jean shorts stole two bottles of liquor.

A person called and wanted to speak to an officer about loud dance music playing from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. The caller could allegedly hear the bass from four houses away.

Someone called to report a boxer that reportedly went after their puppy. The puppy wasn’t bitten, however. When an officer put a leash on the boxer, it seemed to be a pretty nice dog.

A person called to report two female and one male, who were possibly underage, that were drinking whisky, yelling and screaming. An officer didn’t find anyone at the location.

Someone called to report seeing an employee steal money from the till on video. The person said the woman had allegedly stolen money seven out of the last 11 shifts. The reporting party said she would be confronted the next morning.

A person called to report three kids in a running vehicle with no adults present. The oldest appeared to be 5 years old. The windows were cracked.

A woman walking down the street with her kids reported a transient-type man with a backpack, sleeping bag and walking stick who had allegedly wandered into nearby yards and appeared confused.

A woman called to report two front windows broken out. When an officer investigated, he found them shot out with a small projectile, either a BB gun or pellet gun.

A man who was visiting from out of state called to report being harassed on Facebook. He said there was a compromising video of him and if he didn’t pay $50, the video would be released. He said the individuals were from Africa.

A woman called to report her previously-locked truck was torn apart and her medication was missing.

Someone called to report a goose with a fish hook in its neck.

A caller said their neighbor allowed their dog to defecate on his lawn. The dog owner allegedly laughed when the person asked him to clean up after the dog. When an officer spoke to the dog owner, he said he was cleaning up after the dog.

Someone called to report a suspicious man digging up grass and digging in the bushes. An officer found no sign of anyone in the park.

A man called to report his locked Honda CRV had been stolen. The man later called back to report he had found the vehicle after misplacing it in the parking lot.
