TTEC poised to ramp up Kalispell workforce
TTEC Holdings Inc., formerly known as TeleTech Holdings, announced Tuesday the company will be hiring 50 customer-service associates during two hiring events planned today and Nov. 28.
The events will be hosted from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 14 and Wednesday, Nov. 28 at the Kalispell location, 1203 U.S. 2 W, Suite 5 at the Glacier Community Center. Job opportunities are available for inbound customer service representatives. Most candidates will receive immediate onsite interviews and same-day job offers.
Interested job applicants may bring a resume, but it’s not required, said Christy Van Slayke, a recruiter for the company. Wages start at $13.75 per hour.
More than 17 percent of the company’s workforce comes from employee referrals from existing team members, a direct result of the company culture, values and employee recognition programs, TTEC said in a press release. The company has promoted more than 1,500 employees in the past 12 months in the United States.
TTEC’s Kalispell center currently has about 350 employees, with the additional hiring expected to bring the workforce to 400, according to Van Slayke.
TTEC is a leading global customer experience technology and services company focused on the design, implementation and delivery of transformative solutions for many of the world’s most iconic and disruptive brands.
TeleTech’s name was changed to TTEC in January during a rebranding campaign aimed at incorporating the business’ other acquisitions, Van Slayke said. The company has had a Kalispell base for more than 15 years.
