Susan Bonnie Bee Munday, 74
On this day, Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2018, the heavens welcome home Susan Bonnie Bee Munday, 74, a mother of four to Aimee, Brett, Elizabeth and Brian, a sister to Ken, and a wife to Richard. With the marriage to Richard, she was also blessed with step-son Charlie Munday and family, step-daughter Katie Daniels and family, and brother- and sister-in-law Dennis and Linda Munday who are her best of friends. She is the daughter of Richard and Ruth Bee who she has now joined in heaven along with her brother Ken and nephew Mark Bee. Her lifelong sister-in-law Carol Bee and niece Melissa Bee and family also hold a very special place in her heart.
Our Mom was the most loving, caring and amazing teacher of life and all things in it. She lived an amazing life filled with the victories of coaching her children’s soccer teams and challenges of raising four kids and losing one mid-stream. Our lives would never have been complete without her steady hand and love. Through the years she taught us how to make the small victories a priority and to welcome the large challenges, as she always knew some way to succeed. And in the times she did not succeed, she did so with a grace and honor, teaching us kids and friends how to get back up. Mom, thank you for your love and grace. We will always hold you close to our hearts and know that your foot prints in the sand are next to ours as we continue to walk life’s beaches.
Her Husband, Best Friend, Life Partner, and Expedition Mate, Richard Munday, has been left to continue their dream of searching and exploring new and amazing spiritual locations on this earth. Together they found and enjoyed the place where God lays down his sun into the sea to bless them with a sky of colors only the good Lord could create. They experienced the gift of traveling all across this beautiful country and meeting new friends along the way, all to settle high in the foothills of heaven’s front porch. For now, this journey has ended my love…
She has left no stone unturned, and we are grateful to be a part of her life. We love you so much.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Salvation Army. Darlington Cremation and Burial is caring for Susan and her family.
