MOD Pizza plans Friday grand opening

MOD Pizza, the latest eatery to open in the North Kalispell area, will hold its grand opening at noon on Friday, Nov. 30. The restaurant is located at 2244 U.S. 93 N., Suite 103, in the Spring Prairie commercial district.

There will be a ribbon-cutting ceremony and free pizza or salad for the first 100 customers in line. One-hundred percent of pizza sales all day Friday will be donated to the Flathead Food Bank.

MOD Pizza, a pioneer of the fast casual pizza segment, was founded in Seattle in 2008 by entrepreneurs Scott and Ally Svenson. MOD’s individual artisan-style pizzas are made on demand, allowing customers to create their own pizzas and salads, using fresh-pressed dough, signature sauces and over 30 toppings, for one price.
