No. 25622 INVITATION TO BID Separate sealed bids for procurement of Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) Equipment for the City of Whitefish Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements project will be received by Anderson-Montgomery Consulting Engineers (AMCE) office at 1064 N. This project is funded with loan funding from the Montana Water Pollution Control State Revolving Fund (SRF). Bidders must comply with funding agency requirements. In this permit, technology-based effluent limits for total suspended solids and 5-day biochemical oxygen demand are changed from Treatment Equivalent to Secondary Standards to National Secondary Standards. The proposed permit requires periodic self-monitoring and reporting of discharge quality. Some monitoring frequencies have been increased to be more indicative of the facility's intermittent discharge periods.
