No. 25670 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FLATHEAD COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT The Flathead County Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on the items listed below on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 beginning at 6:00 PM in the 2nd Floor Conference Room of the Earl Bennett Building, 1035 First Avenue West, Kalispell, Montana. A request by Monica Harris and Lisa Gilbert to modify condition #25 on an existing conditional use permit (FCU-16-18). The applicants are currently limited to four (4) guests in the accessory dwelling unit (tree house) and six (6) guests in the guesthouse for the use of the property as short-term rentals based on the septic system permit on file with the Flathead County Environmental Health Office.
