A man asked Columbia Falls Police to come to his home after discovering his vehicle tires had been slashed. The man asked the responding officers not to knock on the door because his wife was in the shower and had not had her morning coffee yet.

A woman called 911 claiming a man stabbed her in the stomach with a knife. The woman refused an ambulance, saying the wound was red but not bleeding. She would not provide dispatch with a description of the wound or the man who allegedly attacked, but claimed he stole her firearm.

According to a Kalispell Police report, a man in his late 20s was reportedly seen breaking into cars near the movie theater in Kalispell.

An old black and white dog was found wandering on Fifth Avenue West wearing a yellow collar with animal shelter tags.

Someone called the police to report a puppy that reportedly kept getting its head stuck in a partially rolled down window of a truck.

A man reportedly attempted to unload his stash of drugs on a housekeeper at a hotel. The male was removed from the building.

Flathead County Sheriff’s deputies were called to respond after a dog reportedly jumped a fence and escaped from the animal shelter. Shelter staff recovered the dog on Cemetery Road.

Someone called to report a buck tangled in a soccer goal on Blacktail Road. The deer reportedly got his antlers stuck in the netting and continued to wear the shredded remains of the goal after being freed.

A man called dispatch to inform police that he would be having a party where he and his guests would be shooting guns. The man also complained about his neighbor taking down the signs pointing his guests toward the party location.

Two large white dogs found on Edgewood Drive in Whitefish were reportedly taken to the county animal shelter.
