No. 25698 CITY OF COLUMBIA FALLS NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT The City of Columbia Falls is considering the issuance of a Floodplain Development Permit for the item addressed below. Application of a Floodplain Development Permit: A request by the City of Columbia Falls to place all, or some of the fill excavated for a public fishing pond at Rivers Edge Park on the property owned by David W. Pickeral. The applicant has over twenty acres of property, much of which is located in the 100-year floodplain.
