The Beneficiary anticipates and may disburse such amounts as may be required to preserve and protect the property and for real property taxes that may become due or delinquent, unless such amounts of taxes are paid by the Grantors. If such amounts are paid by the Beneficiary, the amounts or taxes will be added to the obligations secured by the Deed of Trust. Other expenses to be charged against the proceeds of this sale include the Trustee's fees and attorney's fees, costs and expenses of the sale and late charges, if any. Beneficiary has elected, and has directed the Trustee to sell the above described property to satisfy the obligation. The sale is a public sale and any person, including the beneficiary, excepting only the Trustee, may bid at the sale. No. 26134 PURPOSE OF PUBLIC NOTICE The Montana Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) is extending the public comment period for the draft Montana Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (MPDES) permit and fact sheet, for Tintina Montana, Inc.'s Black Butte Copper Project. DEQ is extending the public comment period until May 28, 2019, providing the public an additional 18 days to comment on the draft MPDES permit. The Montana Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) intends to issue a new Montana Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit to the facility listed below and hold public hearings on the draft permit. This permit is issued by DEQ under the authority of 75-5-402, Montana Code Annotated (MCA); the Administrative Rules of Montana (ARM) 17.30.1301 et seq., Montana Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (MPDES); and Sections 402 and 303 of the Federal Clean Water Act. Tintina Montana, Inc. is the owner and operator of the proposed underground copper mine located near White Sulphur Springs, Montana. In the draft MPDES permit, DEQ proposes effluent limits, monitoring requirements, and special conditions developed specifically for the proposed copper mine to protect the beneficial uses of the receiving water bodies. Outfall 001 proposes to discharge mine drainage and process wastewater. Outfalls 002 through 014 propose to discharge storm water.
