No. 26384 SEWER RATE AND CHARGE MODIFICATION AND PUBLIC HEARING The District proposes to charge for the use and availability of the sewer system of the District (the "System") by an equivalent dwelling unit (EDU) methodology, which is based on the size of the water service. A 3/4 inch or 5/8 inch service, which is the standard for single family residential users, is one EDU. The table below, as supplemented by the paragraph immediately following the table, reflects the proposed rates and charges for the use and availability of the System. For administrative convenience, the Annual Charge will continue to be placed on an owner's real property tax statement.
