Shoplifter achieves 'frequent-flyer' status
An uncooperative, screaming woman, who had two young children in tow, was detained at a big box store where she reportedly had a reputation as a “frequent flyer.” She allegedly had items in her purse and “switched some tickets.” She was cited and released.
Someone called Kalispell Police Department to report a man allegedly hit their brother in the head with a pipe. The brother was disoriented, but conscious. The caller alleged the man threatened them with a pistol, pulling the trigger back and taking aim. The caller claimed not to know what the incident started over. Police may have launched beanbags at the man’s front door. A man was taken to jail.
Someone said their friend went out to a vehicle to get something and was reportedly attacked by three males who punched her in the face and said “if you are going to look like a boy then act like a boy.” The person described the incident as a hate crime.
Someone’s neighbor was allegedly giving alcohol to minors in a commons area. The group, which supposedly included a pregnant woman, was reportedly drinking malt liquor. Parties were cited and released.
A motel employee told police a man made sexual advances toward a 16-year-old employee and was asked to leave, but refused. The teen told police the man touched their butt and pushed them into his room, but purportedly did not believe the incident was sexual in nature and didn’t want to pursue charges. Nonetheless, The man “was trespassed” by staff.
A woman believed someone tried to break into her house because the door from a laundry room to the garage “was not flush.”
An employee said a couple reportedly came in a store twice to buy alcohol then consumed it and “gave her a hard time about not having matches.” She asked them to leave when they continued yelling at her and customers not to enter the location.
A man on an ATV was purportedly “tearing up the grounds,” according to a neighbor.

A man sitting at a bar was yelling and refusing to pay for food.
