Corvallis, Hamilton golfers lead way at Ronan Invite

RONAN — Macee Greenwood of Corvallis and Bryce Reed of Hamilton both shot 70 en route to medalist honors for girls and boys on Thursday at the Ronan Invitational golf tournament at Mission Mountain Golf Course.

Greenwood finished 18 shots ahead of the field.

Corvallis, 381, took the team title with Polson, 397, second.

Cali Cannon led Polson with a 94, which tied her for fifth place.

Reed finished five shots ahead of the field and helped Hamilton take the team title with a 295 score. Frenchtown, 332, was second and Columbia Falls, 352, third.

Hamilton golfers finished 1-2-3-4 individually.

Polson’s Trey Kelley shot 77 to place fifth.
