Francis Smith, 88

Francis Smith, born 1931, passed away Nov. 13, 2019, from Parkinson’s.

Born and raised in Vermont, he moved his family to Montana in 1974.

He worked as a heavy equipment mechanic, though his main goal was to serve his God Jehovah. He believed in the resurrection until his passing.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Gloria.

He is survived by his son Jay Smith (Debbie), and daughter Wendy Wilson (Mike).

A memorial will be held at 2 p.m. on Dec. 7 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses Whitefish.
