Richard Dwayne Hanson

Richard was born on July 29, 1952, and died Nov. 26, 2019, from complications of Alzheimer’s disease.

Richard grew up in the Ashley Lake area and graduated from Flathead High School in 1970. He worked for many years at the Anaconda aluminum plant in Columbia Falls. He spent the last 14 years of his life in Billings.

He was predeceased by his parents, Richard and Josephine, brothers Calvin, Lawrence and Allen, and sisters Joyce (Heindel) and Jo Ann (Calbick).

He is survived by his sisters Carol (Slaybaugh) and Jan, and many nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank Stillwater Hospice of Montana for their care of Richard during his last days.
