LIBBY — Jay Beagle scored 16 points and sank seven of nine free throws as the Libby Loggers beat the Ronan Chiefs in a Northwest A game.

Libby improves to 4-1 overall and 1-0 in conference play.

BOZEMAN — Carter Ash’s 15 points led a balanced Bozeman attack as the Hawks subdued the Flathead boys.

Hunter Hickey and Gabe Adams each had 10 points for the Braves, who committed 19 turnovers that led to 28 Bozeman points. The Hawks led 39-221 at halftime.

Hickey and Tannen Beyl each scored seven rebounds for Flathead. Gatlin Bruner scored nine points off the bench for the Braves.
