Bigfork sweeps Troy in 7B basketball

TROY — Anders Epperly scored a season-high 24 points as the Bigfork Vikings (12-2) routed Troy 75-15 in District 7B boys play on Saturday.

Epperly scored 20 of his points in the first half. Clayton Reichenback totaled nine points and had eight steals for Bigfork while Colton Reichenbach had five blocks and four points.

FRENCHTOWN — The Libby Loggers (9-7, 4-6) edged Frenchtown in Class A nonconference play, led by Ryggs Johnston’s 32 points.

Frenchtown outscored Libby 23-16 in the second quarter and only trailed by one point at the half. Keith Johnson was Libby’s second-highest scorer with 20 points.

MISSOULA — Just three Flathead Bravettes got on the scoresheet as Flathead fell in a Western AA game against Missoula Sentinel.

Jenna Johnson’s 16 points and Taylor Henley’s 12 accounted for 28 of the Bravettes 30 total points. Lexi Deden paced Sentinel with 15.
