Ronan sweeps Whitefish in Northwest A basketball

RONAN – The Ronan Chiefs defeated the Whitefish Bulldogs 66-64 in overtime on Tuesday in a thrilling Northwest A boys basketball matchup.

Tied 43-all after three quarters and 59-all after four, Ronan (4-13 overall, 3-7 league) scored seven points in the extra frame to take down the Bulldogs (12-5, 6-3).

Ronan’s Dallas Durheim scored a game-high 24 points. Bubba Bush added 17.

Ryan Kemm paced Whitefish with 19 points. Lee Walburn scored 16.

RONAN – Jaylea Lunceford scored a game-high 16 points as the Ronan Maidens (8-9, 5-5) pulled off a Northwest A victory over the Whitefish Lady Bulldogs (4-13, 2-7).

Kaiah Moore led Whitefish with 11 points,
