Lori A. (Kirby) Powell, 50

Lori A. (Kirby) Powell, 50, passed away unexpectedly on Dec. 29, 2018 at Kalispell Regional Medical Center.

Lori was born on Sept. 3, 1968 in Kalispell to Donald Lee and Marlene (Wooden) Kirby.

Lori was raised in the Bigfork area and graduated from Flathead High School. She has worked in the hotel hospitality field for the last 27 years. She loved to draw and visit Glacier National Park and loved bowling. She married Terry Powell and they shared 18 years together.

Lori was preceded in death by her grandfather and grandmother Wooden and grandfather and grandmother Kirby.

She is survived by her husband Terry Powell; parents Don and Marlene Kirby; brother Daryl and wife Ginny Kirby; nephew Tyler and niece Sarah.

A celebration of life will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 3, at Buffalo Hill Funeral Home.
