No. 25863 NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE TO BE SOLD FOR CASH AT TRUSTEE'S SALE on March 26, 2019, at 11:00 AM at the East door of the Flathead County Justice Center located at 920 South Main Street, Kalispell MT 59901, the following described real property situated in Flathead County, Montana: Lot Eight (8) of Kookoosint Village No. 2, according to the official plat thereof, filed in Official Records of Flathead County, Montana Scott G Hilderman, as Grantor(s), conveyed said real property to First American Title, as Trustee, to secure an obligation owed to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. as nominee for Taylor, Bean & Whitaker Mortgage Corp., as Beneficiary, by Deed of Trust dated on March 5, 2009, and recorded on March 10, 2009, as Document No. 200900006404.
