Kimball J. Mower, 88

Kimball J. Mower, 88, born Oct. 3, 1930, in Moreland, Idaho, the fourth of seven children to Ralph and Lucille Mower, passed away Thursday, Dec. 20, 2018, at home surrounded by his by family.

He is survived by his wife Lois of 58 years, sons Kim, Harold and Stuart, and daughters Deana and Jennie; 13 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his oldest daughter Delilah.

Kim was a longtime member of the IBEW. He was a journeyman electrician working on projects all over the Northwest.

As a young man he liked to hunt and fish but, first and foremost, he was a horseman. He was hands-on in all aspects of having race horses for all his adult life.

There will be a small service at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 2, at Birch Grove Community Hall, located at 549 Birch Grove Road, Kalispell, followed by a luncheon/open house from noon to 2 p.m. We invite family, friends and others whose lives Kim touched to come help reminisce and celebrate a life well-lived.
