D2018.10.70 NOTICE OF APPLICATION AND INTERVENTION DEADLINE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on October 3, 2018, Kookoosint Village Homeowner's Association ("HOA") filed an application with the Montana Public Service Commission ("Commission") to request authorization to transfer ownership of the Kookoosint Village Subdivision ("Subdivision") water system ("System") to AP Kookoosint, LLC ("APK"). The System serves residents in the Subdivision in Flathead County, Montana. Simultaneous therewith, APK filed an application with the Commission to implement standard rate tariffs for water service in the Subdivision ("Application"), as set forth in Mont. Admin. R. 38.5.2526-38.5.2528. The HOA currently provides water services for the residents of the Subdivision. Together with APK it seeks authority to transfer the System to APK and then to charge $50 per month per connection for non-metered water customers.
