Nancy Lynn Healy, 56

| July 14, 2019 4:00 AM

Nancy Lynn Healy, beloved mother, sister, and dear friend, lost her lifelong battle with depression at the age of 56 on Wednesday, July 10, 2019, in Kalispell.

Nancy was born on Jan. 26, 1963, in Cleveland, Ohio, where she married her husband Bart in 1987. They chose to make the Flathead Valley home in 1988 and raised four children in West Valley. Nancy worked at Michael Stebbins Orthodontics for over 20 years where she made lifelong friends and touched the lives of many before moving on to a new family at Kalispell Kids Dentistry.

Nancy’s true calling was always as a devoted mother, not only to her loving biological children, but also to hundreds of young people who were blessed enough to know her.

While she and her husband divorced in recent years, they remained dear friends and continued to love on their children and celebrate family together. She is survived by her four loving children, Josh and his wife Samantha, Caleb, Rachel and Hannah and her husband Josh; and her siblings, Chris, Libbie and Lisa, and all of those who remember the love that she shared so freely.

Even though she chose to end her life, her family wants to honor how long and hard she fought with the help of Jesus and countless friends. Her family will always be grateful for those who rallied to her side no matter the time of day or inconvenience it caused.

A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, July 16, at 125 Deer Crossing Lane in Kalispell. Please carpool and bring a camp chair and dish for a potluck dinner starting at 5 p.m. and followed at 7 p.m. by a service.

Donations will be accepted to create an account in Nancy’s name to help those struggling with mental health issues. The family requests that you wear colorful clothing.
