In addition, WSC is subject to Water Quality-based Effluent Limits; both interim (E.coli bacteria (summer), oil & grease, total residual chlorine, nitrate + nitrite, and the current ammonia limits); and final (the same, plus summer nutrient standards and more stringent ammonia limits). The final limits will be effective 58 months after the permit effective date. Monitoring for these and other pollutants of concern will be required. The proposed permit includes Special Conditions requiring WSC to submit a comprehensive strategy to ensure reductions of all pollutants of concern and complete construction and/or fully implement the projects within 48 months from the effective date of the permit, and a Compliance Schedule for meeting final limits within 58 months from the effective date of the permit. No. 26372 INVITATION TO BID CENTRAL AVENUE AND 6TH STREET IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT Separate sealed Bids will be received by the City of Whitefish, at 418 East Second Street, Whitefish, Montana until 10:00 A.M., local time, August 6, 2019 for construction of the project described herein. Bids may either be mailed to the City of Whitefish, P.O. Box 158, Whitefish, MT 59937, or hand delivered to the City Clerk at 418 East Second Street. All Bids that have been duly received will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately thereafter. The proposed work generally involves road core improvements comprised of full depth asphalt and structural section reconstruction, sidewalk installations, ADA ramp upgrades, curb installations, water main abandonment, and water service modifications of 6th street from Spokane Avenue to the Central Ave transition.
