- Megan Krupp has joined Immanuel Lutheran Communities as resident care coordinator of The Lodge at Buffalo Hill. Krupp began work at Immanuel as a student in Immanuel’s in-house CNA class after which she accepted a position working at The Immanuel Skilled Care Center. She then earned her Licensed Practical Nurse degree in the 2018. Immanuel helped Krupp achieve her education goal by awarding money from the Employee Education Fund every semester as she pursued her license.

- John Wheeler is the new Veterans Affairs Tribal Health Care Advocate for the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes. A Navy veteran, Wheeler served four years active duty and two years in inactive reserves. He can be reached at Polson Tribal Health Care, 406-883-5541, ext. 7343.

- Whitefish Credit Union received the MACQUEE Best of Show award along with seven other awards from the Marketing Association of Credit Unions during the annual award ceremony in late May. The MACQUEE Best of Show is the highest honor offered at the MAC awards. Whitefish Credit Union had two campaigns nominated for this event, including its Whitefish credit card campaign, which won the Best of Show award. The campaign launched the credit union’s first-ever credit card product, which leveraged highly targeted market segment data and featured a unique video mailer, promoting the credit card as a simple, low-rate product designed to help credit union members save money.

Whitefish Credit Union also received the following awards, all in the $1 billion or greater division:

Silver, Broadcast & Video – High School Spirit Debit Card campaign

Gold, Community Engagement – High School Spirit Debit Card campaign

Gold, Outdoor – High School Spirit Debit Card campaign

- Flathead Valley graduates of the 2019 Leadership Montana leadership development program included Chance Barrett, Rocky Mountain Bank, Kalispell; Chris Clouse, Flathead Valley Community College; Jennifer Cloutier, U.S. Forest Service; and Diane Conti, BNSF Railway Co., Whitefish. Leadership Montana’s Masters Class graduates included Jim Bliss, Tri State Restaurant Supply Inc., Kalispell.

Leadership Montana presents an annual seven session program of leadership development, education about issues facing Montana today, and opportunities for networking and collaboration.
