Teresa 'Teri' Lynne Cassidy, 63

Teresa “Teri” Lynne Cassidy, 63, passed away May 14, 2019, at Kalispell Regional Medical Center.

Teri Cassidy was born on May 23, 1955, in Whitefish, eldest of six children of Robert “Bob” and Frankie Slocum.

Because she loved living in Whitefish, she spent her life and energies here, raising her two sons and spending as much time with her grandchildren as she could. Many people in the community will remember Teri as that smiling person working at the Food Depot. Her family and close friends will remember her as that incredibly loving person with the biggest heart of anyone they knew.

Teri was proceeded in death by her husband David Cassidy, father Robert “Bob” Slocum, and brother Rodney Slocum.

She is survived by her mother, Frances “Frankie” Slocum;, siblings, Richard Slocum, Randall Slocum, Cheryl Slocum Brosz (Gary), and Gene Slocum (Robin); sons, Scott Cassidy (Jennelle), and Jacob Cassidy (Amy); and grandchildren, Lexi, Dausson, Houston, Madison and Fischer; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 18, at St. Charles Borremeo Catholic Church, in Whitefish.
