Raging girlfriend hits man with chair

A man told Kalispell Police Department his very intoxicated girlfriend purportedly came home and started breaking things then hit him with a chair and broke a window. The pair were yelling when the phone disconnected.

When reconnected, he said he was going to try and get her to leave with her friend because he didn’t have a license and couldn’t leave. He did not want to press charges and said he initially called police because she was out of control and threatened to fabricate a story to get him arrested. He planned to stay in another residence for the night. The woman was advised of her warrant.

A man parked in a truck was allegedly asking people to buy him liquor from a store for his “ragged breath.” The person calling in the report said the man was slurring his words and was hooked up to oxygen. The caller wasn’t sure if he needed an ambulance for breathing issues or if it was part of a ploy to get people to buy him liquor.

Someone wanted police to check on the welfare of a woman sitting in an SUV who seemed drunk or high to them when her eyes reportedly rolled to the back of her head. The woman claimed she was OK. The vehicle was unoccupied by the time police arrived.

Someone reportedly saw a woman with a whiskey bottle in her lap slumped over in vehicle parked in a church parking lot. The person calling in the report said the vehicle had been driving on First Avenue East and “sort of” ran a red light and then drove the wrong way up a one-way street.

A woman driving southbound on U.S. 93 allegedly went off the road into grass and had been changing speeds and driving erratically since Montana 40.

A 93-year-old wanted officers to know a sports car was reportedly parked in a handicap spot.

A woman told police her disabled aunt was trying to pick up a child but was unable to find an open handicapped parking spot because all of them were filled with vehicles that purportedly did not have proper placards visible. They requested officers check on the vehicles.

Someone reported a man and a woman screaming at each other and a 5-year-old telling them to stop. Parties were separated.

A white van allegedly parked facing the wrong direction does so constantly. The owner moved the vehicle.

Someone drove by a property and saw a door open and glass broken on an interior door. It appeared as if someone had forced entry into the residence and they didn’t know if anyone was still inside.

Someone heard three men and one woman in an alley on the corner of Main and Idaho yelling and breaking “stuff.” The incident was verbal only and someone was advised about a warrant while others waited for a ride.

A duplex was egged.

A manager called police when a man who was asked to leave employees alone went into the bathroom and got naked. The man was allegedly changing clothes and then departed with his mother.
