Suction situation at the car wash

A glass jar of what appeared to be drugs was found lodged in the vacuum at a car wash, according to Kalispell Police Department logs. Police took care of the unknown substance.

A caller reported an old cat lying in the shade. Police determined the kitty was fine, but because the cat is so old it tends to just lie around and that this appears to be normal behavior for a cat of its age.

A shoplifter sneaked away from the mall with a pair of Nike sneakers. His accomplice made off with an armful of clothing.

Siblings were in a dispute about their late father’s IRA disbursement. It was a civil matter, police determined.

A young child was in tears after a cagey pooch escaped from its backyard and went after the boy.

Ex-roommates each reported the other for harassment.

A woman and three men were reportedly stalking a woman at the dog park, and later threatened to kill her. The female suspect claimed the woman was taking pictures of her, which the woman confirmed that she was. Both parties were counseled.

A woman picking up trash found a box with a dead dog inside. Police were unable to locate the box and didn’t report any fouls smells in the area.

A caller was having a tough time breathing due to excessive dust created by city street sweepers. The caller was so upset about the situation that he reportedly cussed at and threatened to assault the driver of the sweeper.

A man reportedly egged the car of his ex’s current boyfriend.
