Rai Royal Rolston, 80

Rai Royal Rolston, 80, passed away on Nov. 10, 2019, at his home in Bigfork.

Rai was born on Feb. 16, 1939, in Kalispell to Bill and Ruella (Bishop) Rolston.

Rai enjoyed fishing, hunting trapping, cutting wood, smoking fish and canning; he especially enjoyed his Friday morning Bible Study “dirtbaggers” and all his friends there.

Rai is survived by his wife Henrietta, sons Tony (Cheryl) and Kevin Sears, sister Marion, grandson Chris (Erin), great-granddaughter, Apolonia, nieces Shannon and her son Ben, and Tracie (Tom), cousin Christie Park, and many more relatives.

Special thanks to Maureen, hospice nurse, Penny “his pal,” and volunteer Doug who spent so much time with Rai and made his days joyful. Also a special thanks to Christie for all of your kindness and Tracie for all your visits and support and love. Thanks to all of our friends and neighbors that checked in on Rai we will never forget.
