Wrong Facebook page could signal intruder

Although nothing was missing, a woman told the Kalispell Police Department she believed someone was inside her business within the last 12 hours because “someone else’s Facebook page was pulled up on the computer.”

Someone had a beef with dogs purportedly “running around with no leashes and crapping all over the place,” at a park. Officers patrolled the park, but didn’t see any pooping pups on the prowl.

Police received a request for extra patrol from someone who alleged there was a lot of activity going on — people going in and out of a house, lights on, people working on a vehicle and “even the cats in the area were acting strange” by supposedly “playing dead.”

Someone found a syringe on Second Avenue West and didn’t know what to do with it so they put it in a bag and wanted police to pick it up. Officers spoke with the person on how to property dispose of the syringe and needle.

Someone purportedly heard “raised voices and yelling” in the front “patio area” of the library.

A woman alleged her boyfriend put his hands on her and grabbed her face. The couple was separated.

Someone claimed their friend’s dad was purportedly following them and wanted to cause them bodily harm.

A manhole cover was spotted partially sticking up and someone thought it could be a hazard.

A man at a bar reportedly hit a woman in the face.

A woman heard what sounded like a rock being throw at the front door.

A man with tattoos on his hands was trying to cash a fraudulent check.

Someone stole a California license plate off a man’s trailer.

A woman wanted to speak to an officer about her family allegedly threatening her.
