Flathead, C-Falls top time trials in Cut Bank

CUT BANK — Flathead girls and Columbia Falls boys clinched team titles on Friday at the Mike Reynold Time Trials.

Flathead and Whitefish boys placed fourth and sixth, respectively. Bigfork was ninth.

The Whitefish girls team was second overall, with Columbia Falls and Bigfork placing fourth and eighth.

Runner Aidan Jarvis of Columbia Falls placed second individually with a time of 16:15.89, followed by teammate Joe Lamb at 16:43.93 in fourth place. Columbia Falls had two other runners place in the top 15: James Role and Seth Umbriaco.

Miles Vrentas was Whitefish’s highest individual runner at seventh place.

Flathead’s Madelaine Jellison clocked in at 19:23.81, good enough for second place in the girl’s race.

Jessica Henson of Whitefish was third at 19:39.90.

Lara Erickson placed fifth for Columbia Falls with a time of 19:46.61.

Flathead standout Tori Noland-Gillespie was seventh. The Bravettes had five other runners place inside the top 15.
