Man waits days for clean car

Someone hired a woman to clean their vehicle and she reportedly picked it up a few days ago and hadn’t returned it. The person told Kalispell Police Department that she said she supposedly had not had time to clean it.

Someone requested officers check on the welfare of a woman seen lying down near a bike with groceries around her. Police checked on the woman who was reportedly just taking a nap.

A passerby allegedly saw a woman hit a 2-year-old who was being held by a man.

A man claimed another man was yelling and calling him names in a grocery store parking lot. Old yeller apparently had also left notes at the man’s home.

Someone’s vehicle was keyed.

Pry marks were reportedly found at a clubhouse that had been broken into.

Someone requested a welfare check on a man wandering around on a corner because they thought he looked distressed and were concerned he would walk into traffic.

Someone requested extra patrol at a location where someone reportedly tried to cut through a bike lock.

A woman at the library supposedly thought she was being followed by a vehicle with dark tinted windows and was “afraid to move.” Officers made contact with the person inside the vehicle who was reportedly just using the Wi-Fi signal.

Someone allegedly stole energy drinks and candy before leaving in a vehicle with two other people that headed onto East Montana Street. Officers caught up with the vehicle and someone was cited and released.

A man calling from a parking lot purportedly thought his wife was “roofied” when she was on the ground having a hard time moving, but was conscious, breathing and talking. She was transported by medics.

Someone said a woman was in front of their room and wanted to report her for trespassing or stalking.

Officers were out with “hysterical woman” who may have been “extremely intoxicated” while responding to a vehicle that crashed into a fence separating two businesses on First Avenue West.

Someone’s slumber was cut short when they allegedly woke up to a woman screaming for help out an apartment window. The person allegedly told her to call 911 and she said she couldn’t. The screams may have been instigated by an incident involving a pipe being thrown out of the building. The woman purportedly yelled obscenities at the person for “leaving her.”

Someone called police to report two trashcans that had been knocked over on the corner of College Avenue and Conrad Drive had been picked up.

An employee told police a transient they thought was on methamphetamine had dropped his cellphone and wanted an officer to pick it up.

A youth reportedly grabbed a woman by the back of her head and slammed her into a wall possibly causing a concussion.
