FCEDA is a port authority established by Flathead County, Montana pursuant to Title 7, Chapter 14, Part 11, Montana Code Annotated (the "Act"). Pursuant to the Section 7-14-1126 of the Act, the Authority may sell, lease or otherwise dispose of any transportation, storage or other facility, or other property or portion of or interest in the facility or property in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana governing the disposition of other public property, including Section 7-14-1133 of the Act.
