Whitefish downtown road work starts Monday

LHC Inc. will begin work on Spokane Avenue and Depot Street in Whitefish for the Depot Park project on Monday, Sept. 16.

Construction hours will be 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Expect one-lane, one-way traffic on Spokane Ave and Depot Street at the intersection of Spokane Avenue.

Pedestrian traffic and on-street parking will be maintained along Railway Street. No parking or pedestrian traffic will be available along Spokane Avenue for the duration of the project. Additionally, the parking lot north of the library will only be accessible from Depot Street.
