No. 26496 INVITATION TO BID SEWER MAIN EXTENSION and WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT SOMERS RURAL FIRE DISTRICT The Somers Rural Fire District (the "District") will receive sealed bids for the construction a new sewer main extension and related work at the site of their new fire hall on Somers Road. The District will receive bids at the office of their consulting ENGINEER, Carver Engineering, located at 1995 Third Avenue East, Kalispell, MT 59901, until 2:00 P.M. on the 2nd day of October, 2019, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read. Work contained under this contract consists of installing approximately 600 lineal feet of new 8-inch diameter gravity sewer main along the east side of Somers Road from Mackinaw Loop to the south boundary of the new Fire Hall lot. Also included in the work is installation of 70 lineal feet of 6-inch water main, one fire hydrant and appurtenances, and replacement of approximately 240 feet of water service piping for a nearby residence that conflicts with the alignment of the new sewer main.
