Three arrested on weapons charges
Kalispell police officers arrested three teens on weapons charges following an incident Thursday morning.
According to a press release from the Kalispell Police Department, officers were dispatched to a disturbance allegedly involving a weapon on the west side of Kalispell about 11:26 a.m. They made contact with the alleged victims in the assault and conducted initial interviews.
During this time, the supposed suspect vehicle, containing the three alleged suspects, was located by officers and they were detained for questioning.
As a result of the continuing investigation, those three suspects were arrested for assault with a weapon (felony) and incarcerated at the Flathead County Detention Center.
Josiah J. Brown, 18, was charged with assault with a weapon.
Dillon C.Yeadon, 18, was charged with accountability to assault with a weapon
Jeremy C. Laporta, 19, was charged with accountability to assault with a Weapon.
There is no ongoing threat to public safety as a result of this situation, the press release stated.
