No. 27401 NOTICE FOR PUBLIC COMMENT REQUEST FOR FLOODPLAIN DEVELOPMENT PERMIT The Flathead County Floodplain Administrator has received the following Floodplain Development Permit application: FDP-20-07 A request by Andy Hyde of Carver Engineering on behalf of Robert Buck of Stillwater Custom Inc. provide access for residents and utilities as well as the creation of two storm water retention within the floodplain of the Flathead River. The project will include constructing a 24 foot wide paved access, utility trench and two storm water retention ponds. The project will occur at 1730 Highway 35 in Section 03, Township 28 North, Range 21 West P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana. The complete application may be viewed at our office.
