As per the agreement, the units will be sold at auction to satisfy the unpaid rent. The auction will be held at Glacier Storage, 2625 Hwy 2 E, Kalispell, MT on Saturday, December 12 at 10 AM. Successful bidders must pay with cash or certified check at the time of the auction and must take possession of the entire contents of the unit. All content must be removed within 48 hours unless a new rental agreement is signed by the purchaser. This single block of land shares nearly seven miles of border with the 7,876-acre U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) Lost Trail National Wildlife Refuge (NWR) and 4,093 acres of Wetland Reserve Program easements held by the Natural Resources Conservation Service.
