Two shot, one arrested in Pablo

A man and a woman are expected to survive after being shot in Pablo Friday night, according to Lake County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies, Flathead Tribal Police and Montana Highway Patrol were dispatched to a residence on Whispering Pines Drive after a 911 call came in at 8:01 p.m. where it was reported that the man and woman had allegedly been shot by 32-year-old Joshua McGreevey and were being transported to the emergency room by a private vehicle. The extent of their injuries has not been released.

McGreevey reportedly fled the scene on foot but was later located by officers at a nearby residence. He was arrested and booked into the Lake County jail on two counts of attempted deliberate homicide.

An ongoing investigation is being conducted by Lake County Sheriff detectives.
