No. 27427 NOTICE FOR PUBLIC COMMENT REQUEST FOR FLOODPLAIN DEVELOPMENT PERMIT The Flathead County Floodplain Administrator has received the following Floodplain Development Permit application: FDP-20-21 A request by Larsen Engineering and Surveying, Inc. on behalf of the Lakeview Park Villa HOA for rip rap proposed within the area mapped as Zone A in the 100-year floodplain of Flathead Lake. The applicants are proposing the placement of rip rap in two sections of a manmade pond. The volume of rip rap to be placed below the calculated BFE is 315 cubic yards. The subject property is located at assessor number 0255500 within the Eagle Bend Golf Course, and can legally be described as Lot 004, Harbor Village No 3 in Section 27, Township 27 North, Range 20 West, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana.
