The project scope also includes providing bioengineered streambank stabilization along the southerly bank of Ashley Creek, immediately upstream of the US 93 bridge crossing. The project limits begin north of the Airport Rd. intersection at RP 1.7 (Station 30+00 on Project No. ARRA 15(91)) and extends to RP 3.6 (Station 58+35.17 on Project No. ARRA 15(92)).. No. 26754 BUDGET AMENDMENT PROCLAMATION CRESTON SCHOOL DISTRICT 9 FLATHEAD COUNTY At a regular meeting of the board of trustees of School District No. 9, Flathead County, Montana, held 9 January 2020, at 7:00 a.m. at Creston School, the following resolution was introduced: WHEREAS, the trustees of School District No. 9, Flathead County, Montana, have made a determination that as a result of an unanticipated enrollment increase, the district's budget for the general fund(s) does not provide sufficient financing to properly maintain and support the district for the entire current school fiscal year; and WHEREAS, the trustees have determined that an amendment to the elementary school general fund budget in the amount of $9,049.25 is necessary under the provision of Section 20-9-161 (1), MCA; for the purpose of operating and maintaining the district; and WHEREAS, the anticipated source of financing the budget amendment expenditures shall be Direct State Aid (DSA); THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees of School District No. 9, Flathead County, Montana, proclaims a need for an amendment to the elementary school general fund budget for fiscal year 2019-2020 in the amount of $9,049.25 under Section 20-9-161 (1), MCA, for the purpose identified above; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees of School District No. 9, Flathead County, Montana, will meet at 7:00 a.m. at Creston School on 13 February 2020 for the purpose of considering and adopting the budget amendment.
