Sabrina Kuzio-James, 40
Sabrina Kuzio-James, dearest friend, wife, daughter, sister and auntie, a therapist in Kalispell, passed away unexpectedly on Feb. 8, 2020 at the age of 40.
Sabrina is survived by her husband, Mark Daniel; her mother, Linda Kuzio; sisters, Corrine (Steve) Hill, their children Ana and Aaron; Debbie (Colin) Greenaway, their children Lisa and Scott; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She was predeceased by her father, Jerry Kuzio; cousins Aaron Motiuk; and Allan Hall.
Sabrina was born on May 11, 1979 in Lamont, Alberta. Her lifelong love of animals began while she was growing up in Canada, constantly bringing home various animals to be loved like they were her children. She carried this through her life and had her animals’ pictures taken with Santa every year. Sabrina threw wonderful parties and decorated for every holiday. Her Christmas gifts were wrapped by July and she always had an extra sweet to give to any visiting children, despite their parents’ protests. She was stubborn to the bone, after all. Her bright, mischievous smile lit up a room, and everyone wanted to be her friend when they met her. Sabrina always saw the best in others and encouraged them to be their best selves. She loved her community and was the first person to let you know when something exciting was on the calendar. Always thinking of others before herself, she was very active in a number of charities and local organizations.
Sabrina was the co-chair of Good Grief Camp and gave so much to help the children involved there. We ask that instead of flowers, donations be made to Good Grief Camp in her name to honor her hard work, devotion, and love to the cause she held so dear; www.goodgriefcamp.org
