Work is scheduled to start Monday, April 13, 2020. Completion of the work is required within 128 calendar days. The project will consist of two parts. The City is prepared to issue a summer shutdown on this project once all the Part One work has been completed. Part Two is expected to be completed during the Fall of 2020. The project includes liquidated damages that will be assessed as set forth in the Special Provisions if the work is not complete within the allotted contract time. CONTRACTORS and any of the CONTRACTOR'S subcontractors doing work on this project will be required to obtain registration with the Montana Department of Labor and Industry (DLI).
