Nancy Doyle, 80

| January 1, 2020 4:00 AM

Nancy Doyle, 80, of Kalispell, died peacefully in her sleep on Dec. 29, 2019, at Kalispell Regional Medical Center.

Born in July 1939, in Conrad, Montana, she was preceded in death by her parents, Amos and Mildred, her sister, Cal, and her son, Chris.

She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Bill, her sisters Jean and Liz, and by her three children and their spouses, Pat and his wife Sandi, Amy and her husband Jeff, and Gene and his wife Krysti. She absolutely adored her seven grandchildren, Chris (Ashlee), Isaac, Kiana, Kyler, Stefani, Sam and Sara, and her three great-grandchildren, Sadie, Lewis and Leo.

Nancy was a homemaker and an office manager for her families’ business, Doyle Enterprises. After raising her children, she spent much of her time volunteering in a variety of endeavors, including teaching kids at Head Start, managing gift shops at both a hospital and an assisted living center, as well as contributing to several ministries for her church.

She loved Montana but sometimes needed to escape the cold weather by wintering in Arizona until a few years before her passing. Friends and family are already missing her quick wit and the seemingly endless flow of jokes and stories she could tell.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 3, at the Risen Christ Catholic Church, 65 West Evergreen Drive in Kalispell.

The family wishes to thank everyone who supported and prayed for us during her final days.
