Ice cream thief caught on camera
A woman “obviously high on drugs” attempted to use a fake $100 at a store, according to Kalispell Police logs. The woman took two ice cream cones and left. The alleged theft was caught on surveillance cameras.
A man broke a child’s swing and flipped over a play mat during a verbal dispute following a breakup. The woman said her ex left the house and that she was planning to stay at a hotel.
An emerald cut diamond ring was probably lost in the Costco parking lot or Home Goods parking lot.
Someone called 911 and was heard talking about a woman’s pickup truck. The person said “I like that truck. I wonder if that is her truck?” It was an accidental dial.
A person driving a company truck allegedly swerved to miss a child in the street and ended up hitting low-hanging branches that damaged the truck. The driver wanted to know if the child’s parents were responsible for paying for the damage.
A caller was concerned about the whereabouts of his girlfriend. She said she was at work, but the building was closed and the lights were off. The caller suspected that the missing woman might be passed out somewhere or “gambling their paycheck away.”
A woman called police after her boyfriend overdosed on drugs. A small bag of heroin was collected from the scene.
