No. 26732 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS ARCHITECTURAL & ENGINEERING SERVICES The Blackfeet Tribe has been awarded Indian Community Development Block Grant (ICDBG) from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The Blackfeet Planning & Development Department is seeking proposals from interested professional service firms or individual to complete the scope of work that includes but, not limited to full architectural and engineering services including schematic design, design development, construction documents, assist with bidding/ negotiation and construction administration and project close-out services for the senior citizen/community center planned to be approximately 6,600 sq. ft., located in Heart Butte, MT. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is being advertised as an open procurement with Indian Preference. Those firms claiming Indian Preference must furnish proof of enrollment with a federally recognized tribe when submitting their proposal and controlling ownership of the business. Tribal Business License, and compliance with TERO ordinances required. The Following Items will be Evaluated for Selection: Experience with similar projects involving HUD-ICDBG Funding requirements Experience of Key Staff Personnel Assigned to the Project List of Cost History Projects with Original Cost Estimates and Final Project Cost List of Owner and Professional References List of projects developed for tribes or tribal entities Proposed cost of services Narrative describing their unique ability to meet the goal of this proposal Provide a description of any associations with other firms or any form of subcontracting that is planned for the project Include a minimum of three references Disclose any claims, lawsuits, or formal disputes for work or services previously or currently being performed Detail all costs required to assist with these services and required timelines Outline the expected timeline to complete the full scope of services in the complete RFP Copies of the detailed Request for Proposals (RFP) can be obtained by contacting the The Blackfeet Planning & Development Office staff and/or Cheryl Reevis, Planning & Development Director at P.
