Cody Brian Nevins, 41

Cody Brian Nevins, 41, born Aug. 8, 1978, son of Gary and Joann Nevins; father of Cody Jr. and Brianna; brother to Sheri and James; raised with cousins Jeri, Bryce and Jostin, passed away on June 30, 2020.

Cody was a loving son, brother and father who worked hard to support his family. He was a talented artist, he loved to hunt, hike, camp and do other various family activities. He attended school in Browning and Bigfork. After graduating from Bigfork High School, Cody went on to the Art Institute of Seattle, received a degree in Graphic Arts and later took classes at the University of Montana in Missoula.

He worked at several different occupations. His current job was with Michaels Auto Repair in Whitefish.

Cody is survived by his children Cody Jr., 14 and Brianna, 12; his parents Joann and Gary; and brother James. He was preceded in death by sister Sheri and niece Kristin.

Rosary will be held at 6 p.m. on Sunday, July 5, outside at 398 Elk Park Road in Columbia Falls along MT 206. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, July 6 at Columbia Mortuary in Columbia Falls, with burial to follow at Fairview Cemetery.
