No. 27141 NOTICE FOR PUBLIC COMMENT REQUEST FOR FLOODPLAIN DEVELOPMENT PERMIT The Flathead County Floodplain Administrator has received the following Floodplain Development Permit application: FDP-19-12 A request by the Flathead County Road and Bridge Department, with technical assistance from Robert Peccia & Associates, Inc., to replace an existing culvert in the Patrick Creek crossing along Somers Stage Road, within an area mapped as Zone AE 100-year floodplain. The project includes the installation of a temporary diversion culvert, the replacement of an existing culvert with a larger culvert, and the placement of fill to restore the original road elevation with a 2:1 slope from the road to the edge of the new culvert. The proposed work would occur within the Somers Stage right-of-way adjacent to Tract 4B located in Section 03, Township 27 North, Range 21 West, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana.
