Beverly Anne (Taft) Browne, 73, passed away at her home in Lakeside, on May 25, 2020, surrounded by her family that loved her so dearly.

Bev graduated from Libby High School in 1965. She was the daughter of Elmer and Anna Taft, longtime residents of Libby.

She is survived by her husband Sam of Lakeside; Michelle Traynor (John) of Everett, Washington; Craig Browne (Kelly) of Spokane Valley, Washington; Carrie Cole (Jeff) of Bothell, Washington; two grandsons, Sam and Connor; and many nieces and nephews.

Beverly went to college in Spokane and received her degree in nursing. She specialized in urology/surgery at the Everett Clinic in Everett, Washington. She also worked in hospice and critical home care nursing for children. Beverly was a devoted nurse that extended God’s love to the sick.

Bev was a lady of great spirit and faith. Her smile was infectious, and her loving character would radiate across a room. She chose love, joy and kindness over all else. Her love for her family will remain in our hearts forever. Rest in Peace, dear Beverly.

Beverly’s memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. at Eidsvold Lutheran Church on June 6. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the service will be streamed live on Eidsvold’s Facebook page. Space at the church will be limited because of social distancing guidelines.
