Tourism group offers customer service training

Glacier Country Tourism is offering free customer service online training.

Get ready for this year’s tourism season by attending one of four Zoom workshops. In this time of COVID-19 and economic recovery, this highly interactive video call workshop will help you and your staff provide a positive, helpful and engaging experience before, during and after your interaction with the many customers to your business and community, the tourism organization said in a press release.

With a focus on hosting visitors to Montana, this highly interactive workshop will help you integrate these skills into your next customer relationship:

• Start with a service mindset

• Know your business and our region

• Pay attention to the detail

• Proactively serve the needs of your customers
